Frasca – Nick has been a practicing attorney since 2002.  He specializes in real estate matters with a particular emphasis on commercial and residential lending and finance, leasing, land use and development, resolution of complex title issues and litigation.  He represents lenders, banking institutions, private investors, developers, businesses and individuals on a wide range of legal issues.

He also assists clients with estate planning and business law matters.

He is very active in the community. Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Front Door Agency and is the Past President of the Board of Directors of the Youth Council. He is on the steering committee of the New Hampshire Russia Rule of Law Commission.

Nick is fluent in Russian, having lived in Russia in the late 1990s.

Nick and his wife Sasha enjoy traveling with their kids, Polina and Max, and cruising the streets of Nashua on their bikes.

Frasca_S_1064_ppAttorney Stephen J. Frasca – Steve has been a resident of Nashua, New Hampshire since 1973. He graduated in 1970 from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Business Administration. In 1973 he received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Upon graduation he was admitted to practice law in the State of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has been a principal in the firm of Frasca & Frasca, P.A. since 1978 where he specializes in real estate conveyance and finance, business organizations, and mediation. He currently practices with his son, Nicholas Frasca. Mr. Frasca has previously served as a Director of the Boys Club of Nashua and was a member of Nashua Rotary West. He is a former member of the Nashua Country Club where he served on the Board of Governors for ten years and as its Secretary for six years. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Nashua and American Bar Associations. He is a founder of The Nashua Bank and served as Chairman of the Board from 2007 to 2012. He currently serves as a Director of New Hampshire Thrift Bank and was a former Director of Lake Sunapee Bank.  He also serves as Director of Home Health and Hospice Care of Greater Nashua.  Mr. Frasca has been married to his wife Jane since 1970. They have three grown children and eight grandchildren.  Steve and Jane enjoy spending time with their family at Lake Winnipesaukee and taking advantage of the many cultural events offered in greater Nashua.

TedAttorney Theodore P. Prizio – Attorney Theodore P. Prizio joined Team Frasca in 2025 with over six years of full-time experience handling residential and commercial real estate matters in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including buyer, seller, and lender representations. At the Frasca Companies, Ted will assist in Commercial and Residential real estate transactions, Estate Planning and Probate Administration, Guardian Ad Litems, and Business law matters.

Ted is a native of Windham, New Hampshire and attended Pinkerton Academy before graduating from Dartmouth College with a degree in Computer Science in 1999. After a few years in the tech industry, Ted attended Northeastern University School of Law, where he completed co-op internships with the Boston office of the United States Attorney’s Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force, with a judge in the United States District Court of Massachusetts, and with two Boston law firms. Ted graduated in 2008 and passed the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bars later that year.
Ted later had his own solo practice based out of Windham where he handled bankruptcy, elder law, estate planning, family law, and litigation matters in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, before joining another firm to focus on real estate. He loves the challenge of applying his broad legal background to help clients identify their legal issues and determine the best path forward. Ted is also the proud recipient of the 2012 Merrimack Valley Legal Services Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award.
In his spare time, Ted loves to travel with his beloved wife Meredith. He also enjoys racquetball and trying to train their goofy dog, Sherlock.
Ted is a great addition to our team and will be an integral part of the firm.

SmitaAmy LaViolette, Paralegal –Amy joined our Firm in July, 2023, as an Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal.

Amy earned her JD from Western New England College School of Law in 2003; and her BA in Paralegal Studies in 1998. She has specialized in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, but is also experienced in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Corporations & LLC’s, Deeds, and most recently, Criminal Prosecution.

In her spare time, she enjoys photography, spending time at the ocean (regardless of the season), and has recently taken up painting for fun and relaxation. She also has some knowledge of wine, having worked for a local shop for about 10 years. Amy is a Nashua native and, in the past, served as Treasurer for Positive Street Art, a local non-profit.
