Steve Frasca is a Certified Family Mediator with over 25 years experience in resolving family law issues through mediation.  Today, when courts are understaffed, resolving family disputes in an adversarial setting creates delay, uncertainty and  unnecessary animosity between family members and is a poor use of a family’s limited resources.

Steve offers the alternative of self-determination, reduced expense to all parties and preservation of family relationships that were built over time all in the best interest of the family’s children.  He has extensive experience in mediating complex, legal and financial cases involving asset valuations and distributions, and tax considerations, support and alimony, as well as interpersonal issues including parenting plans.

Steve’s goal is to help the parties reach a fair resolution of all issues through discussion, negotiation, compromise and respect of other’s point of view.
